At ambi&amber, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. Each piece is made-to-order with utmost care and attention. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we are happy to assist you with an exchange under the conditions listed below.
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange only if:

An incorrect piece has been delivered (does not match the item in your confirmation email).

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The size delivered does not match the size ordered.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags, barcodes, and invoice slips intact.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at orders@ambiandamber.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

Delivery address

Reason for exchange (include an image in case of a defective or incorrect item)
Please note: Shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the customer.
Non-Exchangeable Items

Any item that has been customised (size, length, colour, embroidery, etc.) is not eligible for exchange.

Orders placed with an incorrect or incomplete address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts, will not be refunded or exchanged. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to correct your shipping address.
Reserved Rights Regarding Exchange
ambi&amber reserves the right to define, refuse, and/or reject exchanges at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive exchange history indicative of "wardrobing."

An exchange history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
